1. Commitment
WhatsInfinity, operated by Jaimik.com, is designed to help businesses use the WhatsApp Business Platform responsibly. This page summarises key compliance expectations; it does not replace Meta's official policies.
2. Opt-in & opt-out
- Opt-in: Recipients must expect your messages (form submission, purchase, explicit WhatsApp consent, or other valid basis in your jurisdiction).
- Opt-out: You must stop messaging when a user opts out (e.g. STOP, unsubscribe request, or block).
- Keep records of how and when consent was obtained where practical.
3. Template categories
- Marketing: promotions, offers, re-engagement — requires user opt-in; subject to regional rules (including US restrictions).
- Utility: transactional updates tied to an existing relationship (orders, appointments) — must not contain promotional content.
- Authentication: OTP and verification only — fixed format; no marketing links.
Mis-categorised templates risk rejection or account quality penalties.
4. Session vs template messages
Within Meta's 24-hour customer service window, session messages may be allowed under specific rules. Outside that window, use approved templates. WhatsInfinity enforces template-based sending for scheduled automation as configured.
5. Prohibited content & conduct
- Spam, bulk unsolicited outreach, or purchased contact lists without consent
- Deceptive claims, impersonation, or phishing
- Prohibited products/services under Meta Commerce Policy
- Harassment, hate, violence, or illegal activity
- Sharing sensitive identifiers (full payment card, government ID) in messages without necessity
6. Quality rating & limits
Meta assigns quality ratings based on blocks, reports, and engagement. Poor quality can reduce throughput or suspend the number. Use relevant content, correct targeting, and respectful frequency.
7. Lead Ads integration
When Lead Ads are enabled, leadgen webhooks may create customers in your workspace. You must:
- Own or administer the Page and forms you connect
- Disclose in the lead form how data will be used (including WhatsApp follow-up)
- Only message leads in line with the consent they gave on the form
- Not transfer leads to unrelated third parties
8. Data protection
Protect customer phone numbers and message content. Use role-based access in WhatsInfinity. Report security incidents to privacy@whatsinfinity.app.
9. Enforcement by WhatsInfinity
- We may pause flows, broadcasts, or accounts that pose compliance or deliverability risk
- Repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund
- We cooperate with lawful requests and Meta integrity investigations where required
